• New Year's Week

Terms

• $160.00 per night for 1 to 4 persons
• $25.00 per night per additional person
• $100.00 Cleaning Fee (Non-refundable)
• Pets allowed with pre-approval and $100.00 deposit
  ($50.00 returnable upon inspection) per pet

Reservations

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost including cleaning fee and pet deposit. Full balance of the lodging cost is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A check or money order in the amount of the full balance is required for reservations made less than 30 days before your arrival date.

Cancelations

Cancellations require a 30-day written notice. The deposit, less a $20 handling fee, will be returned within 30 days. Later cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit unless we are able to re-rent.

Arrival Information

Upon receipt of final payment, an information packet will be sent. The packet will contain directions to the cabin and the use of the cabin. Also, the arrival and departure times must strictly be adhered to. This is to give time to prepare the cabin for the next group. If alternative times are required, prior arrangements need to be made.
