2008 Rental Rates

NO SMOKING!

4 Night Minimum - Non-Holiday periods

6 Night Minimums- Holidays (as follows)

• New Year's Week
• Spring Break Weeks
• 4th of July Week
• Thanksgiving Week
• Christmas Week

Terms:

• $1,500.00 weekly rate
• $250.00 per night, partial week
• $300.00 refundable security deposit
• $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee
• Pets are allowed with pre-approval and $100.00 deposit,
  $50.00 returnable upon inspection, per pet

Rates are based on a maximum of 8 persons,
including children 3 or older.

Reservations:

To secure a reservation we must receive a deposit in the amount of $800.00. The balance of the lodging costs, including the security and cleaning fees, and the pet deposit if applicable, is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payment in full is required for reservations made less than 30 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Your deposit will be forfeited if notice is given less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Arrival Information:

Upon receipt of final payment an information packet will be sent to you. This packet will contain directions to the cabin and information regarding use of the cabin. You should arrive no earlier than 3:00pm on the first day and depart by 9:00am on your last day to allow adequate time to prepare the cabin for the next group.
